Pegasus Taverna - St Clair Shores: Authentic Greek Cuisine in a Casual, Classy Setting

Decent food, decent price, good service. Definitely an above average restaurant. Our bill was under $50, but both of us had the roasted barbecued chicken (a lower priced meal). Some meals are more than double that. Have had other good meals there too.

Pegasus Taverna was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service truly stood out. Our server and Gregory the manager were amazing, checking in to make sure our food was good and that we were enjoying everything. That kind of attention really shows how much they care about their guests’ experience. It made us feel welcomed and valued, not rushed. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding management. We’ll definitely be back!

An absolute incredible experience here. The food is so good. Haven't had traditional Greek food in a while and I was reminded what I was missing out on. The baklava desert was perfect and left me wanting more. Incredible restaurant and great staff.

Such wonderful service, my birthday meal was just as I expected, the lamb chops were excellent. When someone spilled a glass of wine, the staff were very swift and helpful getting everything back to normal. L will try and be a little more careful

The half roasted chicken is perfection. The breast was not dry and stringy! There's many wonderful items in the menu. Lots of parking in the back

We went with 2 other couples. Hubby and I had the Calamari, roasted potatoes and peas, house red wine. Great sides, huge portion of fried breaded calamari. Our friends had the famous pastitsio and lamb shank. Other couple had fried shrimp and baked shrimp. Looked delicious. Very nice waiter . Great service. Good atmosphere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pegasus Tavern in Saint Clair Shores was an incredible experience from start to finish. Everything came out quickly and perfectly timed, and the flavors were bold and precise. We started with saganaki, which was absolutely spot on, and paired our meal with Greek wine — both the dry white and red were excellent choices. For our entrée, everything was cooked beautifully, and we ended the night sharing grape leaves topped with a bright, zesty lemon sauce that tied everything together perfectly. Gregory, who seemed to be the manager or owner, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and his server was just as impressive. Can’t wait to come back.
